The Fish Eagles noise factor will not be a factor. Their 12th man will be a blue flag quietly flapping in 8-13 mph winds.

If Brees is on target and the Saints get up by 21pts...the "noise" will be heading for the exits. No sense sitting in the cold and possible rain to see what is about to occur!
