It Was A Good Season
We had, in my opinion, a slow start. We just didn't seem right early on. We didn't play, consistently, with fire. Still, the talent on this team was enough to overcome on most Sundays.
We have GOT to figure out how to stay healthy. The injuries we've had the last two years are just uncanny. Something isn't right there, and I don't know enough to even speculate as to what it is, but we don't have one or two guys that can't stay healthy. The whole team is susceptible to whatever the problem is. Assuming PT isn't coming back, we have GOT to draft a cat that can pound the ball and stay healthy - somebody who's on the field more than he isn't. Duh...I know... We need help along the defensive front. Our corners may not be as good as advertised, but jeesh we get precisely zero pressure unless we blitz, and even then we frequently don't get it done. Based on recent history, this was not a bad season by any measure. We will be in the mix for many years to come. I really thought we would 'survive' a motivated Seattle team and then take it to Chicago. It was not to be. Here's to a productive off season and another playoff appearance next season. WHO DAT!!! |
C'mon Man...

11 - 6 season including todays loss is nothing to hang our head over.
we seriously need a RB, SS, DT, OLB in free agency/draft, in no particular order... |

I don't care, this is the worst loss ever. It's one thing losing when you're an "ok" team, but not with our talent. This is a game that should have never happened.

The Saints will be fine next year. This is a bad loss, but let's be realistic the loss is not that surprising considering all the injuries the Saints had and the momentum Seattle came into the game with.
