Jeff Fischer parting with Titans - G3 possible candidate??

I like Fischer. He should take a season off and enjoy himself. I'm wondering if the Redskins would take a chance on Young after the Haynesworth debacle.

IMO with the lockout impending he should look for a college job when he's ready. He's proven himself in the NFL, I think he would make a good college coach.
