Hell you could afford the taxes and the staff for upkeep at a third of the price... But I can't imagine, in a happy marriage, living apart; either there's personal trouble which we should respect their space or something else is unfolding... And if Mrs Payton didn't like New Orleans than shame on leadership in Louisiana for not getting its act together...
