Just curious, how much of an increase will his property taxes be, and how much of a decrease will he receive in not paying State taxes?

Look, I love Louisiana. Most of my family are native to the State. But I can only take so much of NOLA. No offense to the current folks who reside there. However, if you didn't grow up there, it's a little much to deal with.

Actually hold the phone.
There maybe more to the story that isn't out yet. From what I am hearing it isn't pretty either. Possible cheating incident by Sean and the wife may have left for Dallas already. Sean trying to fix things and getting her a house and all. |

Why is everyone putting forth this "cheating" story without any evidence whatsoever! I have seen this on different blogs but without ANY PROOF! Until we have some solid evidence, can we please refrain from peddling this gossip?

Lots of speculation there, but again no hard facts. The "cheating" story makes absolutely no sense whatsoever because Sean Payton isn't going to go buy a big expensive house for his wife in a tony North Texas neighborhood if there's uncertainty in the relationship.
Perhaps this is exactly what the Saints' organization is saying it is: That Payton's family prefers to live in North Texas and Sean is committed to being the Saints' head coach for years to come. I mean how much sense would it make for Sean Payton - Super Bowl winning head coach - to go and take a "front office job" in Dallas on the off chance that someday he might possibly get a crack at coaching a team which hasn't been in a Super Bowl in over 15 years? |

I hope this is not true. I wanted to post my brief suspicion
![]() I wondered if he was "stepping out." Some guys, when will some of them learn, happy home, happy wife gives them a happy life. Concentrate on career. Avoid chaos and scandal. Good deal. |
