OUR Superbowl MVP more legit...
I mean, without that PICK 6 by the Pack defense, the Pack would have LOST this game.
Right? Any one play could have changed the game and I understand that I am splitting hairs here, but score being overrated as it is in some games, Drew Brees' MVP performance was clearer than Aaron Rogers' MVP performance! I'm jus' sayin'... Just a little envy, as I think we could have OWNED these Steelers! AKS |

I agree, but let's not take too much away from Rodgers and the Packers. They had plenty of opportunity to fold and lose the game. I really thought that Pittsburg was going to have the game winning drive in the last two minutes of the game. But the Packers hung tough right up until the end. They fought the whole game and it payed off. Personnally, I think it was a great win for Green Bay...not as great as ours, of coarse, but a great one anyway.

The Saints have already proven they can beat the Steelers.
There is no doubt in my mind that WITH an effective running game, the Saints would have made it back to the Super Bowl AND won. Even if the Saints had beaten Seattle, I don't think that the Saints could have won in Chicago with the RBs we had. But I agree that the Saints Super Bowl win over the Colts was a better "quality" than Green Bays. |

I don't think we should do this - compare our SB win to some other team's SB win and rate one better than the other. As we all well know, winning the SB is damned hard, and you bask in the glory of that win pretty or ugly or whatever.

The Saints Super Bowl win was by far the best Super Bowl win ever. Drew's MVP unmatched.
Don't take anything away from Green Bay, they did beat the Steelers. |

Wait didn't we have a pick 6 that won the game for us???
I don't know if we need to debate "Oh our MVP is better than your MVP"? Fact of the matter we didn't get there this year so to think we'd beat the Steelers is a mute point. |
