Looks like you guys had a great time. Just think if there is a season! I'm hoping to start a HOU DATS east coast affiliate in PA when we finally move ha haa!

Thanks guys, I know we really enjoyed seeing everyone again. It was a lot of work but it was all worth it for the great time we had.

Thanks also to Smash & Skymike for helping out with the extra expenses. When you wake up on the day of a boil and find out that NO ONE has live crawfish, you go into panic mode. We were very lucky to find the one place that had them.

I've also been asked (actually demanded) by Ms HouYat to tone it down a bit and use a little less seasoning in the future. Mike, have your hands stopped burning yet?

The only crawfish remaining available in the Greater Houston Area Sunday morning were in the ditches. I couldnt believe how hard it was to find what used to be a pest in my backyard.

My hands finally stopped burning, and also are back to normal size this morning. Fortunately, I remembered not to rub my eyes or scratch anything sensitive. But that did get me thinking, "If you could just eliminate the burning sensation, but keep the swelling aspect .... I could get rich!"

..."because you never know, when the moment...."

I dunno....I thought they were great! My lips didn't burn a bit! Does that mean I'm tougher than average? Good stuff! We had a great time!

Great hanging out with yall, Joanie. I knew already you'd be a great fit for the Hou-Dats, and also you complete a geographic circle for us (NELA), as we have everyone else from NWLA, N.O., Northshore, Metairie, BestBank, Lafayette, MS, SETX. And actually, there are even more in our group, every one of them interesting and friendly.

Mr M. looks like he can still play ball.
See yall again soon!

Thanks Joanie! Guess they weren't too hot for most since there were very few left by the end of the night. That's my gauge on whether they were too spicy! And nice meeting you guys!
