we need a 1st rd defensive speed rushing de not another patrick robinson no knocks against robinson but will smith is 29 and the grab of alex brown 31 did'nt set barn on fire. we need a 3rd down speed rushing backfield demorilizing rookie.

I agree no more DB at least not in the first round.

Sean Payton seems to have some love for CB's or feel's we could never have enough of em or something, every year we look at, sign or private session no less than 5 of them..
I can't figure out what he's looking for and everybody that interviews him fails to tackle this question, I wish someone get the balls or do a real interview and ask this man why CB's are a main concern with this team when it's our aging and slacking Defense and Injury prone RB's and WR's that are a concern.

Good CB's are hard to come by. This kid's stock rose during the Senior Bowl - which Payton coached for. Let me remind you that our ST was not great last year and we were screwed when porter/greer went down. He may even be a safety prospect - who knows??

Relax fellas - it's not like he'll be our 1st round pick.

The front seven is almost guaranteed to receive a young, talented new piece for Gregg Williams to develop.

The first thing that Payton did was to start bringing in corners.....it took him several years but he finally got a good set of corners. He doesn't want to get beat long and wants cover corners. That has been his MO so far.IMHO

I've watched Brown quite a bit... a lot of hype, not very impressive.
