Possible trade with Buffalo?

Strong rumors persist out of Buffalo that the Bills have numerous needs that they would like to address in this draft without giving up their top pick, the 3rd overall. One of the teams that reportedly has had dialogue with Bills brass is the New Orleans Saints. One news report that fueled the rumor had former Bills wideout Andre Reed, who is scheduled to announce the 2nd round pick for the team, saying on Twitter that he is looking forward to announcing Florida State quarterback Christian Ponder’s name. Reportedly, there are at least 2 other teams that might be willing to trade with the Bills to allow them to grab the former Seminole. If the Saints do trade out of their 1st round choice (24th overall), they would receive additional picks that could include selections in rounds 2, 3 and/or 4.
If Ingram is gone - we may move back.

What better way to take advantage of a deep defensive draft than to grab additional picks.

Pay-Loo is my homeboy!!

I am all for trading back usually but the trend here is that in the first round Saints make a pick. I just don't see us trading back or up. We make a pick at 24.

I also don't think we will draft Ingram even if he is there I don't care what anyway says. I just haven't nailed down who is the BPA at 24 yet.

You can't nail down BPA until the first 23 are called. It will truly be exciting to watch it unfold BECAUSE we have had Payton and Loomis in control for enough time and know our true needs.

I'm all for trading down. I want us to become like the Pats when it comes to the draft and get that revolving door going of new talent and veterans. The only viable option I see is Heyward on D and he is a project.
Most everyone else has character issues. Ingram would be an excellent pick at 24. Immediate impact.

Would trading for Ricky Williams or Jonathan Sullivan qualify as trading down?!?
