Illinois LB is the the Saints third selection of the 2011 NFL Draft
The Saints selected Illinois LB Martez Wilson with the 72nd selection of the 2011 NFL Draft Friday night. One of the most coveted defenders in the country coming out of high school, the 2010 season saw Wilson live up to those lofty expectations. He earned All-Big Ten Conference first-team honors in 2010, a season that catapulted him among the top inside linebacker prospects eligible for the 2011 NFL Draft. Full article below. ESPN's talking heads say he can play any LB position. I can already see GW grinning evilly and designing new schemes.

Hartley is good, Yes he missed 3 kicks any Kicker should make 100% of the time. I know if he would have a made that kick against the falcons, everything might have been different. But overall I think he is a solid kicker, plus with carney on the sidelines coaching him up. He could turn into the next great kicker.

We are just killing it these past two days. Martez right here in the third is a hell of a lot of value. He has the size, strength, speed, and athleticism to be an impact player. After the combine he was mocked in multiple drafts to us at 24.
