Position Battles
Unfortunately, we are still stuck in lock out mode. Normally we'd be deep in TC talk about players and positions. But when training camp finally starts what are the best position battles that you are looking forward too?
For such a stable team we could have several starters getting pushed hard for playing time. Also, several defensive positions are obviously in need of an overhaul. Who do you want to watch compete in training camp? |

I'm locked on both OLB spots, LDE, RB, KR, PR and nickel/dime CB's.

DE and outside linebackers.. Smith benched for 4 games opens the door for someone to show what they've got. OLB speed to the ball could put us in lots of 3rd-and-long situations. Vilma and Ellis are almost locks; everything else is up for grabs. Charleston should get lots of playing time with Will Smith out. I would like to see if he can beast mode on a full-time basis.

OLB, LDE, KR, PR
I think the RB and backup CB battles pretty much makes no difference. We run through so many different combos back there, everyone is going to get their fair share of snaps. It'll be Jenkins and Robinson... slide Patrick in when Jenkins is back there at FS. We all know how we roll at RB... and I think who's starting from week to week will be contingent on that week's gameplan. I do believe if healthy, we'll start off with Ivory to start most games. |

Im with Crusader. Every draft website I go to say Romeus is a first round talent. If that so and he can stay healthy, im really pulling for him to get some starts.
