Any reason for concern here?

I didn't like Payton moving to Dallas and I still don't. I'm also not liking his buddy buddy relationship with the Cowgirls. Benson better keep GW here to take over when Payton bolts to the Cowgirls. I'd suspect sometime after Drew retires.

Sean Payton has seen the wrath the Louisiana people can have if a loved coach bolts to the enemy. (Can you say Nick Saban?) I don't think he wants any of that.

Hell no! Just looking to myself I switched teams twice so far playing and still have a bunch of friends on my previous teams that I like spending time with. I'd bet this is kind of the same thing.

No. I believe the relationship between Loomis & Payton and their players is rare in the NFL. They have full support of the Benson family. They have a proven, winning "system" They have a newly-remodeled facility and one of the top fan-bases in the NFL Sean Payton LOVES to host a party and the Superdome in New Orleans is his favorite site. Now, that being said - players come and go. Drew may be another 4-5 years from retirement, but I'll bet you Sean will have his replacement - either drafted or FA - ready to play. Now if EVERYTHING starts to go wrong and the wheels begin to wobble in NOLA - then you MIGHT have an argument that Payton could leave. |

Sorry for the double thread posted. I did not see yours.
Click on below for the beach pics. Locked Out NFL Stars -- Best Beach Football Ever! | TMZ.com I don't how to answer your question. All I really know is that it is time for NFL football to start for 2011. Past due. Good training camp stories...where are they? SP and DC players playing football on the beach in July? This is strange. Everyone should be in training camps...being traded, interviews, reports about daily workouts, changing roster listings... |
