I doubt that Reggie will sign elsewhere, mainly because no team will be willing to pay him more than Loomis would.
So don't look for Reggie on the waiver wire anytime soon. As far as LaConfora is concerned, he is just going out on a limb in the hope that he is right eventually. Then he can say "See, I told you so." |

If he stays in NO it will be because he doesn't care about the money and just wants to stay a Saint...and I can't recall anyone in history doing that. This isn't the biggest media market in the world and someone like Reggie can make megabucks outside of the field in a larger market...even if he isn't racking up the stats like other players. He has already created his "persona", IMO. |
