i blame this on the lockout. Doesnt sound like he was hurt...but still

According to published reports, Jones, a safety from LSU, suffered broken bones in his left leg and ankle in the crash and had surgery at the LSU Public Hospital in New Orleans.

I went to the official Giants website and looked for his name on the roster and didn't see it. Not even on the IR. The Giants third round pick hasn't played a snap in the NFL and as far as I can tell, he never will.

I read an article and heard an interview with him and he expects to play next year.
