One of the most dependable kickers of all time?
Misses an extra point? ARE YOU KIDDING ME. WHY????????????????????????? I think we are truly cursed. 10,000 to 1 odds on missing that kick! ONLY THE SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There have been many painful embarrassing moments in Saints history, but I think this takes the cake. Problems are on Offense? Defense? Special teams? It doesn't matter one bit where you try to lay the blame. We could have the best player in the NFL at every position, and have Parcells coach this team and it wouldn't matter. Sometimes you just have to accept destiny. And its pretty clear from where I sit that destiny can shove it . [Edited on 21/12/2003 by JOESAM2002] |

I hate this feeling. What I hate even more is that this feeling is not unfamiliar. Only a Saints fan can be on his feet screaming in joy one play and on his knees crying the next.
I don\'t think that I\'ll watch the game next week. I need a break. I.... when\'s the draft? |

After the Cubs playoff victory earlier, I think the Saints fans have officially become the most pathetic fans in all of sports.
I\'ll ask the question most of you are too scared to ask... Can it get any worse? |

I\'m sure someone can come up with a more embarassing moment in Saint\'s history - not that I don\'t agree with the sentiment you\'re expressing here. Here are my votes: 1- Rickey Williams in a wedding dress, 2- Ricky Jackson (arguable one of our greatest players and one of my personal favorites) defects the the 49ERS (of all teams!) to win a Super Bowl, 3- Dawkins as our #1 receiver. :P
