Sorry Euph. I feel your pain. Although when I switched to AT&T U-verse the installation guy gave me free NFL network because......well, I'm not sure but it doesn't hurt to be nice to folks.

I am a firm believer that Direct tv, is owned, and operated by the devil himself.... looking forward to the day, that they no longer have the rights to Sunday ticket...
