its directv. there's ALWAYS a contract. i hate directv. those people f'ed me.

Wow. I've had the opposite experience with DirecTV. I've been a customer of theirs for a decade, all because of the Sunday Ticket. I've never had a single issue with my system or with their customer service.

I think their current generation of receivers need more horsepower, but other than that I'd give them a solid A+.
