Over the past couple of years all we hear about is how this team has so much talent and potential. If you noticed they have had another couple teams with this kind of hype (e.g. Bucs, Cowboys). I think that we need to follow these teams leads and go a get a coach that can bring out this talent that we have. There is no doubt that we have the potential on offense to be consitently in the top ten, maybe even the top five. Through the draft and free agency our defense will only get better. Haslett has brought this team to the playoffs his first year here, and these past three years we have always been on the outside looking in. Teams like the Bucs and Cowboys have gotten coaches to harness the talent they have on their teams and have gotten a Super Bowl Ring, and no telling what the Cowboys will do. They are a team I think is capable of anything in the playoffs. Coaching makes a Difference guys.
