Is Garrett Hartley an FA?

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I keep seeing his name come up on the let's talk about everybody but the Saints NFL Network. Is he still unsigned? Is there some kind of stealth Reggie type deal about to happen?...

NFL Network does keep scrolling his name as a restricted free agent across the ticker at the bottom.

I saw yesterday that we'd released another kicker which was what got me to wondering with Hartley's name continuously scrolling on the Not For Louisiana Network.

We could blame Garrett for that, but there are other plays from last year that were at least as costly.

You mean, as in, "Sweet FA"? Why yes, as a matter of fact he is. ; )

(NOTE: This joke may well only be funny to Aussies and Brits. Sorreh.)
