POSSIBLE DRAFT PICKS (NEED AREAS)
Looking at the free agents for this year, the Saints have a decent chance to pick up a very good CB at a decent price.
The market for LBs is rather thin, especially inside. I will be shocked, S-H-O-C-K-E-D, if the Saints are able to pick up Al Wilson who is the big prize there. I would go so far to say I expect them to sign a CB who\'s good enough that the first pick in the draft can be a LB. Pretty much whatever they do, the linebacker position will be a trouble spot in 2004 again. |

I really hope you are wrong about that. But, you\'re probably right. Was there really a need to say S-H-O-C-K-E-D? Give me SOME hope. Seriosly though, it seems to me that there\'s going to be some big free agent linebacker out there we can get. I just can\'t stand anymore of our run defense. |

Can we get a helmet on that guy? His head\'s bigger than Deion Sanders\'s. I agree that LB is a bigger priority in the draft. I think that we can land maybe a couple young playmakers in that area (I love the Rod Davis pick, BC... Go Eagles!) Cornerback seems to be a position we can address through free agency this year. We really need to use our first pick on an impact LB. I\'d love to see Dansby from Auburn land in our laps. |
