Went to my first Saints practice since the 80's yesterday. Had to leave early but I'll get back out there soon I hope.

Hey Carl, it feels like we're forgetting something here.

OH Yeah! Our 6 time All-Pro center.

Saints fans are going to love this guy. He's like faster more agile Mike Karney.

i didn't get to see alot of the 11 on 11 but Sproles looked good. Ingram is a pure stud Carl Nicks is downright scary.

Casillas is so fluid and graceful you forget he's a LB.

And this guy is going to be a great FB/STer for us.

Ingram is like a brick with legs.

Cassillas was embarrasing any RBs he came up against in the pass protection drills.

Hall schooling another would be pass rusher.
