New Orleans Saints Training Camp Day Off: Early Peak at Depth Chart

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Good article! But you have Oliver as a CB while he played at SS for the Chargers, and as far as I know that is where he is slotted for the Saints also?...

Something about the title kept making my brain hurt. Then I saw it:

peak = mountain top/zenith
peek = take a quick look at

I read the article but it still isn't clear to me, did they really
mean "peak" as in "early zenith" or is it a ridiculous typo?
Does no one in journalism proofread any more??? Or is
Derrick REALLY that *clever*...

Head still hurts. *laughing*

I think he will - even he has to know his 09 season was a fluke. He can do a lot for the youngsters!!

He's full of it! He's just waiting for training camp to end.

Thanks for the correction about Paul Oliver at safety instead of corner. I will make that correction ASAP. Good eye guys! The correction has now been made on the original article, too...

Thanks again fellas. Saints fans are the best and the most knowledgeable in the whole league, by far!

Oh, and I had completely forgotten to mention S DeAndre McDaniel in my first draft of that article, but I have since added him, very deservedly, into the list of competing safeties.

BTW, the spelling of peak was intentional, as in the team peaking early from a depth perspective and I liked the play on words as well. Wondered if anyone would catch it or not...

Wouldn't you hate to be Sean Payton to have to make all those cuts-down to just 53 talents to keep on your roster this season?

You actually can't get American football on Justintv anymore and the FCC has totally shut down channelsurfing.net now too! Any more ideas for free online streams to watch these games?
