Chavis is one of best coaches in the history of college football and his specialty is linebackers. It's no surprise to see him coming along so quickly.

There's nothing wrong with us developing Wilson at the rate that we are. He's going to get there. Plenty of the first and second round LB draft picks aren't sitting at the top of their depth chart either. No need to rush this and we've done a fine job developing our own.
