Johnny Patrick is not on IR hes a stud! Dude def seems to be a mid round gem! Physical and quick tenacious not afraid to stick his nose in the pile. Looks like he could be a solid FS. I was impressed in his preformance, I liked what I saw from Isa Abdull Quddus as well hes always around the ball teams I hope he makes the cut

They said him and Bell both had sprains and they may keep both of them out for the rest of the preseason

If there would've been proof that he could play physical like he did against the SF - the opinion was that he would've gone much higher in the draft... even late 1st round. Naturally this is all hearsay that I've picked up from numerous articles and, therefore, I cannot testify to their correctness. |

True, but im a monsterous football buff preseason idc who wins I just watch player by player to see how they look, in the case of DB's I look for fluidity in and out of their back pedal how the run in man coverage do they understand and reflect that there is help when in zone, in JP's case he plays pretty well in man quick change in direction more game film will either validate this or question it. I dont listen to articles to form my opinion, Like Dion says " THE FILM DONT LIE"

I've found that articles by people who know more about the ins and outs of the game are very helpful, but that's just me. I don't use them to completely form my opinion, but as in any debate based on logic - I remain open to input from those who know more than me. And, furthermore, I don't have access to those scout videos, so I'm left with no other choice than to read articles about them. |
