But Kreutz played the entire 1st half of the season hurt. He didn't get healthy until the 2nd half. In the 2nd game, Suh had 3 tackles and an assist, but nothing else.

Not to mention, Gregg Williams. His tenure with Buddy Ryan of "Purple People Eaters" fame taught him well, on how to make a player like Suh think twice before proceeding with bull****; sometimes, the retribution factor makes the risk of acting like an idiot, far too high. Not even the Lions are THAT stupid.

Haha, when we put in Shaun Rogers at RG for one play and just have him chase Suh around the field.

They only won six games last year and lost 10, but 6 of those 10 losses were by 4 points or less. They ended the season with a 4 game winning streak, one of the teams they beat was the Superbowl champion Green Bay Packers in week 14. Now, I'm not going to predict how many games they will win this year, I don't know their team that well, but the Detroit Lions better not be taken lightly this year, other wise, I think they will take advantage of it and burn someones butt.
and I'll tell ya again, don't take Detroit lightly this year, Suh or no Suh. I think Detroit is going to be tough this year. They destroyed the Bengals the other night (I know it was just the Bengals), but I'm going to keep a close eye on them.

I agree, Detroit is a dangerous team this year, but they have to stay healthy, they are thin across the field.

If Stafford can stay healthy, which he hasn't been able to do during the last two seasons, then the Lions have a chance. But if he can't, then I'd say they won't make the playoffs 'cos NFCN is not a easy division either.

They are my NFC Dark Horse. The Lions have been talented for a couple years now. They are poised, but they have to break that losing tradition - something we're all too familiar with. Do NOT sleep on the Lions...
