As said, the in the cross conference games the AFC teams consistently have more wins than the NFC teams.
The NFC has won more SBs in the last few years (Though I still say the last one was more the Steelers losing than the Packers winning) but then you have to go back to the Pirate Bowl in 03 for the last NFC SB winner. And we do have more up and down teams in the NFC. No one in the NFC dominates their divisions the way the AFC teams do. The NFC South still hasn't had back to back division winners yet, and every team has won it at least twice. In contrast the AFC South has only had two teams win the division, the Titans twice and the Colts who just own it. |
