Yeah we did nothing creative on either side of the ball. The blitzing was all gone on defence and the O was very standard run up he gut and throw screens.

If they're going to play "vanilla", that's fine. But a couple of those "vanilla" plays almost got Drew killed. If it's vanilla by design, that's ok on the defense, but they better tighten the offensive line up.

Now that I've cooled down a little bit, that defense was REEEEALLY vanilla...I've also been kinda wondering to myself, if maybe they put the noob guy #25 (Paul Oliver) back there all by his lonesome on defense, to kind of hang him out to dry, on purpose, to see what he's made of. Like push him out there, GITT OUT THERE KID, AND MAKE A PLAY -- which he obviously didn't do -- but maybe the reason Oliver in particular looked so glaringly stinkeroo was that he was kinda being thrown to the wolves out there, on purpose, in a very vanilla scheme; and GW knew that #25 would be picked on and exploited, so let's just stick him out there with no one to help him, and see what he does. I dunno. He looked TURRIBLE but the guy's only been here two weeks. Nonetheless, he's got some 'splainin' to do this week. That was some ugly vanilla, that's for sure.
