Report: Smith suspension could be reduced

The most interesting part, it may get delayed into the middle of the year or next year.

Isn't there a statute of limitations on this stuff? It's just been too long.

I was watching the Saints training camp in Oxnard footage on NFLN late last night. There was one point where Will Smith finished a drill, then, while in full pads ran to the goal post and jumped, hanging on the cross bars. I know lots of folks do that, but as big and athletic as he is, all I could think about was how it's a pity he's having such a good training camp; if in fact he has to sit out the first 4 games of the season.

So, I hope this news is true...would be the first bit of good news in a while, esp. considering all the injuries we are racking up.
