If they feel he can't make the team this year because of this then IR him because there is no chance he will stay on a PS he has shown to much already in the PS.

They have two weeks to make a decision. He has the skills. But, the choice is to roll the dice and keep him active or IR him. Hopefully he's a quick healer. Either way he's a Saint. Seeing Roby play this preseason makes the decision less dramatic. Roby has looked great on special teams and very productive as a reciever.

Probably not a bad thing for the Saints.
We can probably sneak him onto the practice squad now. I doubt anyone will claim him for their final 53 after only 2 pre-season games worth of film, and coming off of knee surgery. |

i don't see anyone looking at him right at this time of year, they want at least a prospect that could at least pratice with the 53 on a daily basis.i'm going to say they cut him an bring him back when he is ready to contribute .he would have to be starting caliber to hold on to him that way. jmo.he does have that thing about him that says man the next d. mason.steve johnson type player.
