He wants money, and to play for a contender.
There's probably a reason the Pats passed on him, and I doubt it was because he was shouting who-dat in Belichik's face (although I'd pay good money to see that). Last edited by strato; 08-26-2011 at 08:18 PM.. Are you messing with my posts? Thats uncool dude. |

Sign him back or don't sign him back... Either way it's time to embrace Jenkins as our new FS and I seriously doubt how important it is to have a "mentor" at the position when GW is your freaking boss. Sharper's done... If not this year then next year. Why delay Jenkins' development as the inevitable starter in favor of letting Sharper take over?!

That's a good point Strato. I may have spoken too soon! I just remembered that without Sharper... Paul Oliver is the back-up FS and that terrifies me lol.

Yeah, it's all about Depth. Brett Favre squeezed one more good year out of him after kinda falling off, maybe Sharper can do the same if NEEDED to do so. If we can pay him, and still pay our important guys, there is no reason not to.
He's been loyal enough to us to deserve a second ring if that's where our uck takes us this year. Injuries are rampant again. |
