The only forum rules I'm aware of is you can't speak highly of the competition and you have to hate the Falcants.lol

I stil think Mr Benson signs off on all the bigger issues, I mean he is still the owner. It is no secret that Rita is his intended heir and she has been working her way up for a long time and seems to be maturing into a real professional and a future owner us fans can be proud of.

It seems like Mr Benson is involved a whole lot in different comittes with the NFL so I would guess that takes a lot of his time.

I believe Loomis and Payton is trusted in making most football moves but I would guess they would need som clearance in bringing in pricey free agents, or they might just get a number and be told to stick to it.

I understand that people might still dislike Mr Benson for the past and his talk about relocation. For me I have forgiven him, he stuck it out after Katrina and kept the franchise in town and finally made the moves that created a championship team and for that I am thankful.
