The screens have sucked royally all pre-season. Whether predictable or just not well executed, they only seem to work when all the other things work.
I hate that Lance is out because of his 3rd down effectiveness and ability to separate and get open. Hopefully he's back soon because none of the others are quick cut route runners. A good running attack makes up the difference and Graham can step it up and fill that gap. Our defense will make the difference tonight - pro or con. Tackling , pressure, and coverage turns the tide. |
