this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; When I saw the report I initially thought it was his knee. Glad it's not....

well the bears will be guessing who to cover.
ok it is time for mechem to earn his money. Lets see if he is a possession wr and not just a streaker. Ok all the AA fans get their boy on the field. lets hope everyone does not fall on the wagon in the next 4 to 6 weeks. Courtney Roby? any fans out there? Lance is he healed enough to return? (Groin) PS Andy Tanner FA? Montez Billings is still out there, i think hey T.J. Houshmandzadeh is out there. any takers? |

Who says that Lance Moore will even be healthy for next week?
If he doesnt practice this week we are down a couple of WR's and it's going to be down to a couple deep threats and our running game to win the game, Darren Sproles your the man! |

I am surprised no one has mentioned this...
I saw the play he was injured on. We were in a hurry up offense and he got up favoring his injury and lined up. He was hurt and going to run the next play!!! I am unsure if we got the play off or what... I am going to have to go back and check but that is pretty amazing. He knew he was hurt and got up. If I suspected I broke my collarbone, they are carting me off the field! |

I'm not terribly concerned about this AS LONG as we get Lance Moore back in time to host Da Bears. Also PT and Sproles are very good short to medium range receivers when necessary. Losing Colston does kind of suck though. Let's hope Devery and Robert can have like 5 more games just like the one they had against The Pack. They were really good in that game.
