Personally I detest the idea, but from a business/fielding the best possible team stand point I can see it being a consideration. We'd be a better team with him in the line up than without. I do think that Devery/Meachem/Moore and Graham still make for a quality group of weapons though and we wouldn't step back massively if we had to do this. We need Meachem to become Colston 2.0. He's been floundering with flashes of brilliance/stretches of disappearance for too long.
If they do it I understand. If they don't, I respect it more. |
The best thing going for Moss was his year in NE.
No reason to think he couldn't do the same in N.O. When we sign him, Green Bay will know who's coming to town in the NFCCG |
Devery is killer. Meach and Graham are dangerous - With Moss out there, he would open up the field and take the coverage deep. I think "hoopla" aside, he would be a great addition. But it seems like a fallacy at this point.

You'll never see him or TO in the black and gold.

plus i cant stand his punk azz attitude. he wouldnt fit in here. this is a team. |
I now know everyone who said NO to Randy Moss does not know football. You watch to much sports center. Moss would beast in this offense just because he retired doesnt mean he did so because he couldnt play anymore. The Man IS GOLD, Minn no QB Tennessee no QB. Look at steve smith, Cam Newton is legit and better then matt moore and Clauson , and Steve Smith was goin HAM sunday! QB Makes all the difference
|
Really? Really??
If he was so great he'd be on a roster some where! He was forced into retirement because no one wants him any longer. He isn't as fast as he once was so he can't stretch the field like say Henderson can. Since he really only ran the deep route he has not perfected running all the routes. If we sign him we'll need him to run those routes that normally colston would run... He isn't a good fit. Waste of money and time. |

exceptional talent, but no one seems to want you, chances are, there is a strong reason why. Football is a team sport. I do know that. Its really a shame such a talented person cannot overcome his own a$$holedness, to the point he is willing to forfeit enough money to pave a freeway. |
I would like to see more of Andy Tanner
120 passes for 1,716 yards and 20 touchdowns…Honorable mention All-America and first-team All-Lone Star Conference honors as senior as he totaled 75 receptions for 1,186 yards and 12 TDs…Majored in accounting…Two-time all-district selection at Rockwall (Texas) HS…Born May 16, 1988.
Bring him off the PS... Moss only grows on trees in Louisiana |
Im sorry is this English class? I was almost certain this was the internet. Randy Moss was traded from NE because he was due a new contract the Pats being who they are sold high and got building blocks for a TOP WR. Iv already been down this road with you before skymike, Im not goin thru it again. You have a poor preception on Football and evaluatiing Players, so to that I say Good Day Sir... And ontop of that your ignorance bleeds thru your posts. Hating All Muslims? Really... You get a + 5 on the douchebag scale.
|
We don't need a deep threat, we have 2 with meachem and Hendersen. We need someone who will go across the middle to make the tough catches to move the chains like Colston and Moore does. Moss isn't going to do that.
|
Moss isn't going to do anything - - - it would appear. And Villain, your Avatar is killer.
