No question he should have been ejected those are the so called rules. The problem is those rules are interpratated a little different for each team.

I guess it depends on what an official feels is flagrant:

15 Yards (and disqualification if flagrant)
Striking opponent with fist.

Everyone i heard today said he should have been ejected like a bad 8 track...the refs missed it...but that he wouldnt get a suspension...
