this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I wonder how Payton will work him into the rotation, Its already a crowded backfield and to be fair Ivory is a hell of a runner that needs to get a good amount of runs....

First he has to be activated. With his injuries, I wouldn't say it's a certainty. Then, if Thomas, Ingram, and Sproles are healthy, the Saints would have to carry four RB's on the active gameday roster. Something they haven't done so far. If somehow he is active, my guess is he would be used in short yardage situations. |
