The person making the call should have some "skin in the game"... Make a bad call, the "non offending" player gets a 20 yard run to put his face mask through your sternum. We can keep an extra set of kicker shoulder pads on the side line so the ref doesn't get too hurt. Lets have a little old fashioned accountability.
