personel vs coaching

Personel can get you to the playoffs but it takes coaching to get you to the Superbowl.
As far as the saints go more people rag on Venturi than on Mike McCarthy which is wrong. Even though neither may be excellent coordinators. Venturi was handed a bunch of bums and did seen to get them to improve durring the year. On the other hand McCarthy was given a tallented squad but due to poor coaching and horrible play calling had shown NO improvement this year. They blame Conwell for missing a block or the fullback slipping for why they can't get one yard on forth down when my dog new what play they were going to run. It takes a pretty poor coordinator to make this much tallent look BAD!!! McCarthy=( good scheme+ BAD playcalling) :casstet:
