Good Game Guys
Well, I asked what we'd learn about our teams. We learned that the Texans need to go for the throat in the red zone. This game should have been over by the end of the first half. The Saints are a dangerous team. We know that if we give you guys an open, you're going to take it. A team with multiple quality receivers will give us problems until we get CB2 solved. You guys abused Jackson this week.
You guys are an elite team. We're on our way but we have to execute better. I have no question about the talent of either team but this young team we have needs to NEVER take their foot off the gas. Not until we have accomplished something. Thanks for the lesson guys. Mike |

So true. three drives inside the ten and coming away with 9 points hurt. but remember the saints have a defense built to pin you back or stop you down close. drives me crazy.
the texans have taken a big step. congrats. things are looking good for the team. good luck |

Tough win for us, tough loss for you guys. Great game regardless, you guys will go far. I'm rooting for ya in the AFC, make us Texas natives proud, so we can forget that the cowgirls are from Texas!

Thanks for being a classy fan Texanmike, this was a good game and it showed what type of team we have developed here, one that doesn't quit and rallies around eachother no matter how big the deficit is.
I was impressed with the texans, those problems that plagued you guys the past few seasons, ( great O, poor D, unable to close out games) seem to have been resolved and I was impressed with your D. Im not being overconfident but it's pretty hard to stop drew when he gets in a zone, Sproles has shown to be an amazing acquisition! Good luck for the rest of the season Texanmike! |

The Texans played a great fist half and looked downright scary. I think ya'll will win your division this year. I feel like an idiot for not starting Matt Schaub on my fantasy team yesterday...

Texans play that one at home and it probably goes the other way.
I look for Houston to make the playoffs and go deep... |

Also, our D played terrible all game (as far as yards) , but the last 4 drives you guys only scored on one and that was the bouncy ball play. It is funny, but somehow the Saints are always in a game. They find a way to be close enough to always have a chance. You guys are definitely getting there man. I think you are just like we were when we were putting it altogether. Great game!! Best of luck the rest of the way you guys have a great team.

Houston is well-built, well-coached team.
Andre Johnson. 'Nuff said. Two solid RB's and a nasty zone-blocking scheme. And watching the D was like a recent history of "how to draft some bad*** players" Williams Ryans Cushing Watt... Your future is bright. |

Great game, TexanMike, and I think you guys are going somewhere this year. I know you are.
After yesterday, I now believe in my team more. That's how much respect I have for the Texans. Great fans showed up too. How can we Saints fans not be impressed with guys who show up in another teams stadium, wearing their teams colors, for a team that's never won anything. Thats us a few years ago. very impressed. |
