MOBILE, ALA. -- Everywhere Jim Haslett has gone during Senior Bowl activities this week, he's heard the same comments.

"Great hire."

"You got the guy we wanted."

"You hired the best guy out there."

I think John Pease could be the biggest signing for the Saints this year. Sometimes a guy can be a great teacher of the game and not bring any passion to the game. Which is what I think our defense is severly lacking in. I believe Pease will not only bring a different teaching style to the D-line, but I think he will instill an attitude in the players.

Pease, who is known for his high energy and motivational tactics, said one word describes his defensive philosophy.

\"Relentless,\" Pease said. \"That\'s the word I would use. I want our players to be relentless on every play.\"

I love that quote and can\'t wait to see what Pease can do for our D-line.
