Never wanted him. I despised his little choo-choo train, limp wristed punch thing he did after chucking a deep pass that Moss outran everyone to.

Some players have the win inside of them, some don't. You could see it in Brees clear back in his SD (and even Purdue) days, never in Culpecker. I thought SD was crazy to keep Rivers over him and still do. I never root for the Chargers, but'll always love'em. Specially now with Sproles here too. Maybe they can spare an OL or two...

P.S. -1 Rep for vaguely insinuating A.B. might not have been that bad. Lack of proper revulsion for A.B. will NOT be tolerated. |

It's about to get nutty in here.

Bulger got screwed. He had a couple of seasons there where he was putting up elite numbers, but being on a declining Rams team ruined him. If he would have gotten in with a good coach and cast around him he could probably been a top 5 NFL QB. I wanted him to back up Brees a couple of years back. Whats that guy doing now?

He retired in the beginning of August. There were rumors that couple of teams were interested in signing him, but he wanted to start his life after football and declined those offers. |

But Mora was more stubborn and got Walsh! Imagine that! It wouldn't matter though, Mora would allow Carl Smith to call a pass play of more than 10 yards unless we were down with under a minute to go... |
I didn't realize how serious Brees' injury was, but I wanted Brees but thought Miami was going to take 'em...
