3-1 after the first quarter of the season
I am sure everyone on this forum remembers when the Saints season usually was over after September because we were 0-4 or 1-3 and the schedule makers had the Saints playing division and conference games.
It is nice to be in 1st place in the division and a couple of winnable division games next that should give the Saints a hammerlock on the division title. |

Yep, for all my (justified) griping about our defense, we're 3-1 at the quarter pole with our only loss at the hands of a very good defending champion Packers team.
And...from a defensive view, we aren't going to get any worse and as the season goes on will probably get better. |

Heck I am just shocked we are already 4 weeks into the regular season!! Crazy how time flies, we were just dealing with the lockout, and looking for things to talk about....

so far so good if the defense tightens up a bit more and no injuries it should be all good.
