What if a key player gets hurt (without naming names) and we lose a few because of that players absence and have to play lights out toward the end of the season to catch up? We would be screwed if the Falcons lucked out and beat Green Bay. If it were later in the season, yea I would pull for the Falcons, but its WAAAAYY to early for that.

To me it makes perfect sense. Atlanta looks a lot more beatable than GB who has already beaten us and hold that tiebreaker. Unless you're happy with going through GB to get to the SB, you better hope that someone can step-up and beat them...at least twice. We couldn't get past Seattle in Seattle last year...how we gonna do on the frozen tundra?

I'm gonna take a line from Moneyball and change it a little to fit my purposes...

I'm pulling against the Packers. We will have to TAKE the division. Not be GIVEN the division.

Right now I fear the Packers worse than I fear the Falcons, it's as simple as that.

Besides, a little flawed, jacked-up logic never hurt anyone. May the WORSE team WIN! LOL
