I'll take a punt over a fumble or int any day. A turnover means they made a mistake, a punt means you dominated them. I don't care about field position. Payton's offense can start in Belize and still score. A punt means they didn't penetrate the 40. A turnover means a random event flipped in out favor. I'll take effective over lucky any day.
