We did give up 450 yds and were -4 in the turnover ratio and we only loss on the road by 6?

Sounds like we have a damn good shot once we take care of the ball better.

There are too many times when I observe poor blocking or tackling on plays.

Divisional games in The South are like playoff games. Teams play out of their minds and out of character and we mentally bought into the 49ers rout and got snapped.

Really? After watching that entire game you call out Jenkins and Harper?
How about Rogers, Ellis, Franklin, Smith, Vilma, Shanle, Porter, Kreutz, Bushrod, Brown, Brees, PT, Evans, Nicks, McBride, Casillas, Jordan...

With no pass rush using 6 players, Ed Reed and Troy Polamalu would have been exploited on the backend.

They didn't play well, but they were certainly no worse than just about anyone else that day.

We had a bad game. We had several our super bowl year too. It happens. It happens to every team. I would rather get exposed early so we can change our game plan than exposed later, like last year.

Agree, as much as I get down on Harper - we're getting our arses whipped on both sides of the ball at the line of scrimmage - you don't win that, you'll get bounced when the real competition shows up...
