I have to be honest- if ever there was a wekk for the Saints to make a statement, this would be it. Sunday night game in the Dome. I really think this will be our best game of the year. If we lose this- hate to say it, but we are no better than last year.

I think we are going to light up the score board this week.

Lots of distractions this week. I hope the players can focus and not take this (or any) NFL team lightly. Last season exposed our tendency to over confidence.

I think we're going to come out and beat that dead horse into the ground.

This game is over by half-time and we cruise to a double-digit win.

The troubling thing that I've noticed, is that the Colts' scores have been getting a little higher each week...it's not a perfectly straight line, but it sorta almost looks like they're inching upwards, getting better at scoring each week...their scores so far have been something roughly like 7, 16, 17, 20, 23, or whatever. So like a blind horse bumping around inside the corral, they are slowly learning where the door is.

If the Saints defense lets the Colts get past that magic number of 24, it could be a long night for the Saints.
