Completing te tackle is a definite issue, but i'm not ready to throw GW under tnder the bus yet. The D still has time to get their **** together.

Hard call - do we have the right players but wrong coach or the right coach & the wrong players?

OR a combination of the two...? If so maybe some defensive changes are in order.

I'm just fed up with Greg Williams. I'd be willing to give up his exotic blitz schemes for someone who will teach tackling and fundamentals

typical GW defense, pin ur ears back and go, forget containing like u say eup, but thats why we continually get burned. i have to agree. if we would go back to the basics of football with this defense we could be better than average. imo.

I'll weigh in, you cannot expect this current D fense to play lights out Ravens style ball every week with no, ballhawk, ( Jenkins is coming back off surgery and it certainly appears so and I am giving him that benefit of the doubt). Since Sharper, and Fujita ( I hate saying that Fujita can do this BTW) i'll admit the tackling has gone into the ****ter. But this Defense in it's current state is built for one ( I REAPEAT ONE ) important stop a game. Go back and look at every game we have been in where the score was in question, they took tons of lumps but when we need a possesion they handle there business and get off the field!!!! I know two teams that won Super Bowls with that type of D. One of um was us!!! Let's look at the positives shall we.

- Plenty of time and horrible ass opponents to get confidence and get better

- Will Smith playing some of the best snaps I have seen from him MVP of the D since he's been back off suspension. Jabari although he has been picked on would be the runner up.

- Tracy and Jabari both healty for the stretch run

- Defense as a whole getting healthy and gaining confidence while we get these through these dog games

I think Rex will be looking for a job soon :)
