Thanks for keeping us updated. Saving that link.
A lot of tough and interesting match ups in the NFC this week. Us at Atlanta. Vikings at Packers. Giants at 49ers. Detroit at Chicago. Buffalo at Dallas. Houston at Tampa Bay. I don't know the tie breaker but if we win and the Giants lose would we move up to the #3 seed? Sadly it looks like it will be nearly impossible to catch the Packers and the 49ers. #3 seed atleast gives us hope we get home field for the NFC title game as well as wild card of course. Home game for Wild Card, beat 49ers which I'm not sold they are a great team and then whoever in the NFC title game hopefully at the Super Dome. We've got to beat the Falcons. |

We still have a shot at #2 seed (I think #1 is probably gone). SF has Giants, Steelers and Ravens left and I would not be surprised if they blow one that they should win.
11-5 or 12-4 at best for the 49ers. Not sure on the Giants. We would move ahead of them by a 1/2 game under your scenario as we would be 7-3 and they would be 6-3. However, we would both have 3 NFC losses, so it would then go to common opponents to determine who was ahead in the case of a tie... |

Giants still have Saints, 49ers, Jets, Cowgirls twice (and Dallas will somehow split with them) and Packers.
I predict the NFC East champ is going to be #4 seed, so we need the Giants to take the 49ers a peg... |

And the Giants schedule looks brutal. Ours isn't so easy either but we get our strongest oponents at home after this game in Atlanta Bring the noise boys!
