this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I honestly am confused and would like an answer- HOW did Douglas keep getting open over the middle of our field? WTF was that? Who's responsibility was he? Was this because PR was out? What on God's green earth happened ...

My wife thought I was crazy. All I kept yelling was, "Again?" I was wondering if it had something to do with Vilma's absence.

No one was assigned to him on the first play which was a blitz - call. Then they went hurry up, and im screeming at the screen yall gone do the same defense. He's still open!!!!!
I think the thing that really helped him the most is that at field level his slot position was on the ATL sidelines so GW and D coaches really didn't see him, and then in the hurry up there's just no excuse!!!! |

The easy play was going offsides. That would have given us time. Sure it would have been like a time out to ATL but we were suffering with the wrong package out there.
