You always remembered your last bat in sports.

When the Seattle Seahawks upset the New Orleans Saints, 41-36, the anger over the loss was directed towards Saints strong safety Roman Harper.

Harper had a really tough day as Seahawk tight ends seemed to get open with ease and he was exploited in one-on-one coverage.

But after the season was over Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams was pushing the Saints to get a long-term deal with who he says is “one of my key cogs defensively”.

The Saints were able to secure Harper to a long-term deal and Harper again has played at an All-Pro level. To be honest, Harper is playing the best football of his NFL career.

Man we really screwed up when we gave the best strong safety on the market a 4 year contract.

“Sometimes I think people who don’t understand this game don’t fully appreciate what Roman does for us defensively,” Vilma said.
Seems like I've heard that somewhere before.

That article also stated that AZ. had to do this because they lost their front line, had to is the key word here, with the people we have up front either they are being lazy or going through the motions, there not hurt so it has to be the other, on another thread I said if Harper goes down were screwed. Someone on our D is going to have to grab the bull by the horns and take charge of the D, I feel if our D keeps playing this flag football crap that we want go very far at all.
